7 month old Goldendoodle in Centralia, Washington For Sale

Hello!
I'm having to rehome my beautiful Goldendoodle. Her name is Charley. She is very sweet, hyper but she is still a puppy. Born Dec. 28th so only 7 months old.
She is a good girl and we all love her but my landlord decided to sell and can't find a place that will allow big dogs and I have to put my children first.
She gets along with cats dogs (big and small) and little kids. I have had her since she was 9 weeks and she just loves my 1.5 year old and 4 year old.
I'm sorry I do not have pictures of her parents but her dad was full poodle and her mom was 1/2 poodle and 1/2 golden. She is black with some white and has a lot of pretty gray on her backside.
She still needs more training but she is kennel trained and knows "go to bed" means to go to her kennel. She doesn't run off when let outside (but she knows my area and I don't know how she will react to a new area) she LOVES the water and going for car rides.
I am taking her to the groomers this Friday (July 29th) and she due for shots so I am going to be making that appt this week. Once she is up to date on all of her shots she will be ready to go to her new home. She is not fixed.
